I’m not a huge fan of artists crossing over to the American audience, mainly because if they can sing and be recognized in their own country, who cares about the States? But I don’t mind Utada’s efforts on this album. The lyricism leave a bit to be desired but for the most part, a better Asian artist trying to break the US market, you’ll never find. Not even Se7en or whatever his name is.
